She Lives!!!!!

Yes, I am alive. And no, I haven't abandoned the blog in disgust. To tell the truth, there isn't that much to blog about.

Can you believe I am wearing a DRESS right now? I got it at Target yesterday. It is black with white flowery-looking stuff. Very fun.

But WHY am I, the person who made wearing black slacks and occasionally JEANS to church a fashion statement, wearing a dress, you may ask? Well, tonight is the Donor dinner at the library. And I am helping out. I made some pico de gallo. I tried a bit of it, and it's OK, I guess. It has tomatoes, cilantro, onions, garlic, jalapenos, black beans, corn, avacado, and lime juice in it. Wish me (it) luck!

Yesterday I got to spend some time with Misti and Brian. We went to eat lunch at Taco Cabana, then we hung out at Brian's. It was a lot of fun. We made a list of people who we would like to play us in a movie. I picked Drew Barrymore. I think Brian's gonna be Ethan Hawk. (I guess...there was another name he came up with, but I don't remember at the moment.) I told Misti she needs to be Jessica Simpson, but she didn't go along with that. Rich would be played by David Spade, Booker by Rob Lowe, and...who else? Leigh Ann would be played by the lady that played the happy nun in Sister Act. Hmmmm.
